ACB Caribbean ESG Policy Framework
ACB Caribbean joined the UN Global Compact in April 2025, following its adoption of its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Policy Framework, as part of the institution's ethical business commitment to the community in which it operates. Through the ongoing implementation of this framework, the Group endeavors to integrate ESG dimensions in key areas to include, its business strategies, products and services, policies and general operations.
We are proud to have been the first financial institution operating within the State of Antigua and Barbuda to have joined the UN Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative with more than 20,000 companies and 3,000 non- business signatories based in over 162 countries. Launched in 2000, the United Nations Global Compact is a call to companies to align strategies and operations with Ten Universal Principles on human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption, and to take actions that advance societal goals.
ACB Caribbean remains committed to advancing the sustainability goals of the UN Global Compact and has aligned its strategies accordingly to position the Group as an ESG - compliant entity through its support of key initiatives.
